Frequently asked questions
Articles, sites, speed, credits, refunds and accounts. If your question is not here, sign in and use the chat in the dashboard.
Do I need to write the article?
For posts, yes: you bring the article (or pick one from your library) and we place your link in it. Sidebar links need no article at all.
Can I choose the exact sites?
Yes. After you sign in you see every site in the inventory with its category, post count and metrics, and you pick them one by one or by filter. Domains are not listed publicly.
What do you guarantee?
That the placement goes live, or the credits come back. We do not promise rankings, traffic or indexing times. Nobody honest can.
How fast is a placement live?
Items queue the moment you confirm. You choose whether they publish at once, start on a date, or drip a number per day.
Do you accept guest posts or offer an API?
No guest posting programme and no public API. Placements happen through the dashboard only, which keeps the sites clean.
Who gets an account?
Anyone who confirms their email and passes a short review. Tell us what you promote when you sign up, it speeds things up.
What is the difference between a post and a sidebar link?
A post is an article with your link inside it, published on the site with its own URL. A sidebar link sits in the blogroll of the site, in the sidebar or the footer, and needs no article. Both are listed in your report.
How do credits work?
Credits are prepaid. You request a top-up, our team confirms it and the credits appear in your balance. The price of a campaign is shown before you confirm, and it is taken in one step when you do. Credits do not expire and there is no subscription.
What happens when a placement fails?
The campaign worker retries it with a growing delay. If it still fails after five tries, the credits for that placement go back to your balance automatically. You can also cancel a campaign and get back whatever has not been published yet.
Can I see what was published?
Yes. The live links report lists every placement with its URL and status, can be filtered by campaign and client, and exports to CSV.
Can I pause a campaign?
Yes. You can pause and resume a campaign, retry a failed placement, replace a site that no longer suits you, or remove a link, from the campaign page.
Which categories are there?
The category of a site is its domain ending, for example .com or .net. The pricing page lists every category that has sites open right now, with its prices.
More detail: how it works and pricing by category.
